Here you can create a list of the departed for whom you wish to pray. Use the form below, entering the individual's name or the group name (for example, "John Jones" or "the deceased members of the Jones family"). Any name can be entered more than once. These names will then appear in prayers for the dead on pages from the Chapel of Remembrance that you visit this month. You can return to this page at any time to change the list or the order of the names, as you wish.
